LILLINGTON, N.C. (Interstat) — Campbell staged a monumental comeback from a 10-run deficit to defeat the College of Charleston 12-10 on Friday night at Jim Perry Stadium in a Colonial Athletic Association game.

The Fightin’ Camels (16-9) began their methodical rally in the second inning and chipped away before erupting for four runs in the sixth. Joey Morton tied the game with a solo homer in the eighth before Jett Music delivered the decisive two-run walk-off home run later in the inning.
Campbell’ Trent Rumley led the offense, going 3 for 3 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs scored. Relievers Braxton Shaffer and Beau Brailey combined for three scoreless innings to quiet the Charleston bats late.
