GLEN ALLEN, Va. (Interstat) — The Saint Louis Billikens defeated the Fordham Rams 68-60 in a women’s NCAA Division I basketball game Wednesday at Henrico Sports and Events Center.

The teams were tied 17-17 after the first quarter, but Saint Louis used a 17-11 second-quarter advantage to take a lead it would not relinquish. The Billikens maintained a steady margin throughout the second half, outscoring Fordham in the final quarter 18-15 to secure the Atlantic 10 Conference victory.

The win improved Saint Louis’ overall record to 12-20. Fordham fell to 10-20. An announced crowd of 1,181 attended the game.
