Army at Oregon

EUGENE, Ore. (Interstat) — Two undefeated teams will clash Sunday when the Army women’s basketball team visits Oregon in a nonconference matchup at Matthew Knight Arena.

The Black Knights (3-0) are off to a strong start, coming off a 67-52 home victory over Siena on Thursday. Camryn Tade led the way with 23 points and six rebounds, while Kya Smith posted a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Oregon (3-0) has been dominant in its early schedule, averaging 91 points per game. The Ducks are fresh from an 84-66 win over Grand Canyon on Tuesday, powered by Mia Jacobs’ 26 points and a 20-point, 10-assist double-double from Katie Fiso.

The game pits Army’s disciplined approach against an explosive Oregon offense that has surpassed 80 points in every contest this season. It marks the start of a challenging road stretch for the Black Knights, who will play seven of their next eight games away from home.

For Oregon, this is the final home game before a two-game trip to Texas and a significant road test at Auburn.
