LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (Interstat) — Jordan Holman scored 22 points and grabbed 14 rebounds Saturday to lead Arkansas-Little Rock to a 73-64 women’s basketball victory over SIU Edwardsville at Jack Stephens Center.

The Trojans improved to 12-12 overall, while the Cougars fell to 10-14. Holman’s double-double anchored a performance where Arkansas-Little Rock shot 43% from the field and outscored SIU Edwardsville 34-28 in the paint. Brenna Burk added 19 points for the Trojans.

SIU Edwardsville, led by Kiyoko Proctor’s 13 points, kept pace early but was outscored 24-21 in the final quarter. The Cougars shot just 36% for the game. The teams split their season series, with Arkansas-Little Rock winning both contests by single digits.
