HIGH POINT, N.C. (Interstat) — Aaliyah Collins scored 25 points to lead High Point to a 78-51 victory over UNC Asheville in a Big South Conference women’s basketball game Wednesday at Qubein Arena.

The Panthers dominated early, building a 46-21 halftime lead behind 25 points from Collins and 21 from Macy Spencer. The Bulldogs never recovered, despite 15 points from Nia Green and 11 rebounds from Jamaria Freeman.

High Point improved to 12-2 overall and 1-0 in conference play. UNC Asheville fell to 5-9 and 0-1. Attendance was 780.
