SAN DIEGO (Interstat) — Megan Norris scored 23 points to lift UC Davis to a 66-62 victory over UC San Diego in a Big West women’s basketball game Thursday night at RIMAC Arena.

The Aggies, who improved to 13-6, used a strong second and fourth quarter, scoring 22 points in each frame, to secure the win. The Tritons fell to 12-6 despite 21 points from Erin Condron and 15 from Rosa Smith. UC San Diego led 21-11 after the first quarter but was outscored 33-27 in the second half. Norris, a 6-foot-3 junior from Menlo Park, California, added three assists and three blocks for UC Davis. The Aggies overcame 18 turnovers by holding the Tritons to 33.8% shooting from the field. Attendance was 537.
