Mississippi at Alabama A&M
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (Interstat) — The Mississippi Rebels, coming off a dominant season-opening victory, will travel to face the Alabama A&M Bulldogs in a non-conference women’s basketball game on Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, at T.M. Elmore Gymnasium.
Mississippi (1-0) opened its season with an 87-46 rout of Norfolk State on Monday. The Rebels’ offense was fueled by a balanced attack, with Christeen Iwuala leading the way with 15 points. Cotie McMahon added 13 points and Tianna Thompson scored 11.
Alabama A&M (0-0) will be playing its first game of the season. The Bulldogs’ last contest was a 53-49 loss at Chattanooga on March 22, 2025, to conclude their previous campaign.
The game marks the start of a challenging early-season stretch for the Bulldogs, who will face UAB and Alabama in their next two outings. Mississippi will look to build momentum before hosting Southern in its next game on Nov. 12.
Tipoff is set for Friday night in Huntsville.
