Jaguars Upset Broncos Behind Lawrence’s 3 Touchdowns

DENVER (Interstat) — Trevor Lawrence passed for three touchdowns to lead the Jacksonville Jaguars to a 34-20 road victory over the Denver Broncos on Sunday at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. The Jaguars, installed as underdogs, controlled the game after a scoreless first quarter for Denver, which missed an early field goal. Lawrence connected with Parker Washington and Brenton Strange for first-half scores, then found Travis Etienne in the third quarter. Jacksonville’s defense stifled Denver’s offense early before the Broncos found rhythm. Bo Nix threw a touchdown pass to Courtland Sutton and RJ Harvey added a 38-yard rushing score for Denver. The win improves Jacksonville to 11-4, while the Broncos fall to 12-3. Attendance was 75,261.
