CHARLOTTE, N.C. (Interstat) — Carson Schwieger scored 29 points to lead Queens (NC) to a 91-72 victory over North Florida in an ASUN Conference men’s basketball game Saturday at Levine Center.

The Royals improved to 14-11 overall, while the Ospreys fell to 6-19. Queens never trailed after a high-scoring first half that ended with a 51-50 lead. The Royals pulled away in the second half, holding North Florida to just 22 points after the break. Schwieger’s efficient performance included five 3-pointers. Yoav Berman added 12 points and six assists for Queens. Mason Lee led North Florida with 16 points. The Royals dominated inside, outscoring the Ospreys 44-16 in the paint and outrebounding them 11-6 on the offensive glass. Attendance was 1,026.
