AUBURN, Ala. (Interstat) — The unbeaten Auburn Tigers will look to continue their strong start to the season when they host the Wofford Terriers in a nonconference men’s basketball game Tuesday.

The Tigers (2-0) are coming off a dominant 95-57 victory over Merrimack on Thursday. Keyshawn Hall led the way with 25 points and 14 rebounds, while Sebastian Williams-Adams added 14 points and five assists. Auburn opened its season with a 95-90 overtime win against Bethune-Cookman.

Wofford (1-1) evened its record with an 86-76 home win over Milwaukee on Saturday. Brian Sumpter recorded a double-double with 21 points and 11 rebounds, and Kahmare Holmes scored a team-high 24 points. The Terriers were defeated 70-46 by George Mason in their season opener.

The game at Auburn Arena will be a challenging road test for Wofford against a Tigers squad that has showcased its offensive firepower early. Auburn faces a tough upcoming schedule, with a game against Houston in Birmingham looming on Sunday. Wofford’s next contest is at Bellarmine on Saturday.
