TEMPE, Ariz. (Interstat) — The Valley Suns defeated the Mexico City Capitanes 114-94 in a G League game Wednesday night at Mullett Arena.

Valley never trailed after establishing an early lead, outscoring Mexico City 31-20 in the first quarter. The Suns maintained a double-digit advantage for most of the contest, fueled by consistent scoring across all four periods. The Capitanes mounted a late push with a game-high 31 points in the fourth quarter but could not close the gap.

The victory improved Valley’s record to 14-36, while Mexico City fell to 28-19. The teams split a two-game series after the Capitanes won the previous meeting.
