NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (Interstat) — Jalen Slawson scored five quick points in overtime Saturday to lift the Noblesville Boom to a 128-125 G League victory over the Capital City Go-Go at Arena at Innovation Mile.

The Boom, who led by as many as 14 in the first half, survived a furious Go-Go rally that erased a deficit and forced the extra period. Capital City’s Keshon Gilbert fueled the comeback with a relentless attacking performance.

Noblesville improved to 19-18. Capital City, which got a combined 66 points from its starting backcourt of Gilbert and Nolan Hickman, fell to 17-19. The teams meet again Sunday.
