DES MOINES, Iowa (Interstat) — The Austin Spurs defeated the Iowa Wolves 135-120 in a G League contest Wednesday night at Wells Fargo Arena. The Spurs used a 41-point second quarter to build a decisive lead and never trailed after the opening minutes.

Harrison Ingram led Austin with 25 points, 10 rebounds and six assists. Terrence Shannon scored a game-high 36 points for Iowa in the loss. The Spurs’ efficiency proved critical, as they shot 16 for 16 from the free-throw line and forced 17 Wolves turnovers while committing only 13. Austin improved to 24-9, while Iowa fell to 21-15.
