NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (Interstat) — The Noblesville Boom defeated the Birmingham Squadron 125-109 in a G League game Sunday at Arena at Innovation Mile.

Noblesville built a commanding 63-36 halftime lead behind a strong first half from Ethan Thompson. Birmingham mounted a second-half charge, outscoring the Boom 73-62 after the break, but the early deficit proved too large to overcome.

Thompson led a balanced Boom attack. Trey Alexander paced the Squadron in the loss.

With the win, Noblesville evened its season record at 15-15. Birmingham fell to 10-24.
