Herd Uses Big Third Quarter to Pull Away From Knicks

OSHKOSH, Wis. (Interstat) — The Wisconsin Herd defeated the Westchester Knicks 114-103 in a G League game Monday at Oshkosh Arena. The Herd used a decisive 35-point third quarter to break open a close game and secure the win.

Westchester led 58-53 at halftime, but Wisconsin’s surge after the intermission created a cushion it maintained through the fourth quarter. The victory improved Wisconsin’s record to 10-17, while Westchester fell to 5-21.

Cormac Ryan and Stevie Thompson led a balanced Wisconsin attack. Bryson Warren paced the Knicks with a game-high scoring effort. The Herd avenged a home loss to Westchester from two days prior.
