Rip City Remix Outlast Memphis Hustle in High-Scoring G League Affair

PORTLAND, Ore. (Interstat) — The Rip City Remix used a balanced attack to defeat the Memphis Hustle 119-109 in a G League game Monday at Chiles Center. The Remix, now 16-11, pulled away with a 33-point fourth quarter after the teams were tied at 29 following the first.

Memphis, which fell to 8-17, kept pace for three quarters but could not match Rip City’s closing push. The Hustle’s Charlie Brown provided early highlights with multiple dunks, while Evan Gilyard and Tyler Burton fueled the offense. For the Remix, Blake Hinson and Yang Hansen were consistent scoring threats, and Cameron Parker facilitated with multiple assists.

The win gave Rip City a sweep of the two-game set after a 108-105 victory Sunday. Memphis has lost three straight games.
