RODANGE, Luxembourg (Interstat) — Rodange dominated Mamer 4-0 on Tuesday in a Promotion d’Honneur match at Stade Joseph Philippart.

The match turned in a chaotic six-minute span before halftime. After Mamer’s Gennaro Tutino received a red card in the 34th minute, Rodange scored three quick goals. Matteo Dagasso struck in the 38th, followed by Filippo Reale in the 40th and Gianluca Busio in the 44th.

Dagasso added his second goal in stoppage time to complete the scoring. Mamer finished with nine men after Andréa Le Borgne, who earlier received a yellow card, was sent off in the 85th minute. Both teams now hold 1-1 records in the competition.

The result reversed a preseason statistical projection that favored Rodange by a narrower margin.
