Fordham at Georgetown

WASHINGTON (Interstat) — The Georgetown Hoyas will look to secure a winning season when they host the struggling Fordham Rams in a Patriot League matchup on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, at Cooper Field.

Georgetown (5-5) enters the contest looking to rebound from a 31-24 home loss to Richmond last Saturday. The Hoyas’ offense was powered by running back Savion Hart, who rushed for 128 yards and two touchdowns in the defeat. The team has shown resilience at home this season, posting a 4-2 record in Washington.

Fordham (1-9) arrives in the nation’s capital mired in a six-game losing streak, including a 37-19 home loss to Bucknell last weekend. Quarterback Gunnar Smith accounted for two touchdowns in that game, but the Rams’ defense has been a season-long concern, allowing an average of 33.2 points per game.

Despite the stark contrast in records, the game is projected to be a close one. Interstat’s game simulator forecasts a narrow 35-34 victory for the Hoyas.

A win would make Georgetown bowl-eligible for the first time since 2022. Fordham, whose lone victory came against Holy Cross on Sept. 27, will be playing for pride and to snap its extended skid.
