LEWISBURG, Pa. (Interstat) — Bucknell scored nine unanswered points in the fourth quarter to erase a late deficit and defeat Richmond 33-28 on Saturday at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. The Bison sealed the victory when Darius Day intercepted Richmond quarterback Ashten Snelsire in the final two minutes.

Snelsire threw for 307 yards and four touchdowns for the Spiders, while Isaiah Dawson had six receptions for 144 yards and two scores. Bucknell quarterback Ralph Rucker IV threw for 284 yards and a touchdown, and Michael Cadden rushed for two scores.

The win lifts both teams to 3-2 on the season.
