Chattanooga at Tarleton State
STEPHENVILLE, Texas (Interstat) — Peyton Kramer caught seven passes for 190 yards and three touchdowns as Tarleton State remained undefeated with a 52-24 victory over Chattanooga on Saturday at Tarleton Memorial Stadium.
The Texans, now 5-0, used a dominant 20-point second quarter to pull away after a close first period. Quarterbacks Daniel Greek and Victor Gabalis combined for 404 passing yards and three touchdowns. Linebacker Ty Rawls added a defensive score with an interception return for a touchdown.
Journey Wyche and Justus Durant each rushed for a touchdown for the Mocs, who fell to 1-3. Chattanooga’s early 14-point first-quarter burst was quickly erased by the Texans’ potent offense. The total points scored went well over the pregame over/under line of 55.5.
