DAYTON (Interstat) — Miami (Ohio) erupted for nine runs in the eighth inning to break a 5-5 tie and defeat Wright State 14-7 on Wednesday evening at Woerner Field. The Redhawks improved to 30-14 overall, while the Raiders fell to 19-22. Wright State struck first in the second inning.
