DAYTON (Interstat) — Riley Peterson pitched six hitless innings and Charlie Marion hit a two-run homer in the ninth inning to lift Milwaukee to a 4-1 victory over Wright State on Friday afternoon at Woerner Field. The Panthers improved to 24-31 overall and 12-16 in the Horizon League. The Raiders fell to 26-27 and 14-11. Peterson allowed only one earned run without surrendering a hit, striking out five over six innings. He walked two and hit a batter but otherwise kept the Raiders off balance.
