VILNIUS (Interstat) — Niyah Becker scored 20 points and added three rebounds, one assist and one block to lead Kibirkstis Vilnius past Klaipedos Neptunas 102-76 on Wednesday in a women’s professional basketball game. Kibirkstis Vilnius improved to 4-0, while Klaipedos Neptunas dropped to 1-1. Kibirkstis Vilnius led 47-40 at halftime and 68-54 after three quarters. The hosts opened with 26 first-quarter points, added 21 in each of the next two periods and closed with 34 in the fourth. Klaipedos Neptunas scored 23 in the first, 17 in the second, 14 in the third and 22 in the fourth. Nausia Woolfolk added 17 points and four assists for Kibirkstis Vilnius. Zoe Wadoux had 10 points and eight rebounds, Gabija Meskonyte finished with 11 points, eight rebounds and five assists, and Gabija Galvanauskaite chipped in 10 points and five rebounds. Daugile Use also scored 10 points. Taylor O Brien paced Klaipedos Neptunas with 21 points, two rebounds and three assists. Egle Sventoraite scored 14 points with four rebounds and one block, while Ereauna Hardaway added eight points, five rebounds and two assists.
