CAB Madeira improved to 2-0, while CDEFF fell to 1-1. CAB Madeira trailed 24-21 after the first quarter before outscoring CDEFF 20-11 in the second and 24-22 in the third. CDEFF took the fourth quarter 14-13. Carolina Bernardeco added 18 points, Milica Ivanovic had 18 points and Marcy Goncalves finished with 13 points and five rebounds. Phillipa Oko Oboh pulled down seven rebounds and blocked two shots. CAB Madeira shot 22 of 57 from the floor, 9 of 22 from three-point range and 25 of 28 from the free-throw line. CDEFF shot 26 of 65 overall, 7 of 23 from deep and 12 of 14 from the line. CAB Madeira had 10 offensive rebounds, eight assists and 17 turnovers.
