ANKARA (Interstat) — Stephanie Mavunga scored 35 points to lead Emlak Konut to a 94-78 victory over Ormanspor on Saturday in a women’s professional basketball game. Emlak Konut, the visiting team, improved to 3-2, while Ormanspor dropped to 0-3. Mavunga added five rebounds, three assists and one block. Kristine Anigwe led Ormanspor with 25 points, eight rebounds and two assists. Pallas Kunaiyi Akpanah finished with 19 points and six rebounds for Emlak Konut. Shyla Heal scored 18 points and handed out four assists for Ormanspor. Nehir Ulufer had 10 points and five rebounds for Emlak Konut, and Lindsay Allen added 15 points. Reka Lelik added seven points and eight assists for Emlak Konut. Sidney Cooks scored 12 points for Ormanspor. Emlak Konut shot 35 of 58 from the floor, 9 of 19 from three-point range and 15 of 17 from the free-throw line. Ormanspor shot 31 of 67 overall, 8 of 23 from beyond the arc and 8 of 9 at the line. Emlak Konut committed 12 turnovers and 14 fouls, while Ormanspor had 13 turnovers and 22 fouls.
