MARIN (Interstat) — The Marin Mariners dominated the Mendocino Eagles 84-32 in a California Community College women’s basketball game Wednesday night.

Marin seized control early, leading 39-16 at halftime before a 30-point third quarter cemented the lopsided victory. The Mariners improved to 11-11 overall this season. Mendocino, which has lost eight consecutive games, remains winless at 0-8.

The Mariners’ victory was consistent with pregame projections that heavily favored the home team. Marin’s next game is Friday at Solano. Mendocino hosts Los Medanos on Friday.
