ROSEMONT, Ill. (Interstat) — Neenah George scored 11 points and the Northern Colorado women’s basketball team held off DePaul for a 61-60 victory on Saturday at Allstate Arena. The Bears improved to 5-1 overall after a back-and-forth game where neither team led by more than seven points. DePaul, which fell to 2-4, had a chance to win in the final seconds but committed a turnover. Heather Baymon added 13 points for Northern Colorado, while Kate Novik and Natiah Nelson scored 13 and 10 points, respectively, for the Blue Demons.
