HANOVER, N.H. (Interstat) — The Brown women’s basketball team secured a 55-41 victory over Dartmouth in an Ivy League game at Leede Arena on Friday.

The Bears improved to 12-6 overall, while the Big Green fell to 9-10. Brown established control with a strong first quarter and maintained a double-digit lead for much of the contest. A pivotal third quarter, where Dartmouth managed only five points, sealed the outcome.

Alyssa Moreland and Grace Arnolie each scored 14 points to lead Brown. Debra Hill came off the bench to score eight points for Dartmouth. Brown dominated inside, outscoring Dartmouth 32-16 in the paint.

Attendance was 833.
