MADISON, Wis. (Interstat) — Avery Howell scored 34 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead Washington to a 91-86 overtime victory over Wisconsin in a Big Ten women’s basketball game Sunday at Kohl Center. The Huskies, who improved to 18-6, overcame 19 turnovers by outrebounding the Badgers and making 16 of 18 free throws. Washington’s Sayvia Sellers added 23 points. Wisconsin, which fell to 13-11, was led by Gift Uchenna’s 24 points and 12 rebounds and Destiny Howell’s 28 points. Ronnie Porter had 10 assists for the Badgers. The game was tied after regulation.
