SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (Interstat) — The Rhode Island Rams used a 31-point fourth quarter to pull away from the Saint Louis Billikens for a 74-43 victory in an Atlantic 10 women’s basketball game Sunday at Ryan Center.

The game was tied 13-13 after the first quarter, but Rhode Island steadily built its lead before the decisive final period. Saint Louis was held to five points in the second quarter and could not recover.

Rhode Island improved to 21-2 overall. Saint Louis fell to 11-15. Attendance was 1,576.
