(Interstat) — Ra Shaya Kyle scored 23 points and dominated the paint, and the Miami Hurricanes closed with a 13-5 run in overtime to upset the Virginia Tech Hokies 75-67 in an Atlantic Coast Conference women’s basketball game on Thursday night at Cassell Coliseum.
