COLUMBUS, Ohio (Interstat) — The Ohio State Buckeyes dominated the Penn State Lady Lions 108-84 in a Big Ten women’s basketball game Wednesday night at Value City Arena.

Ohio State seized control with a 33-point second quarter, building a 54-46 halftime lead and never relenting. The Buckeyes extended their advantage in the third quarter and cruised to the victory before a crowd of 5,884.

The win improved Ohio State’s record to 16-2 this season. Penn State fell to 7-11. Ohio State entered the game as a heavy favorite and easily covered the pregame spread in a contest where the total score surpassed the over/under line.
