Seton Hall at Pacific

STOCKTON, Calif. (Interstat) — The Seton Hall Pirates (1-0) will look to build on a dominant season-opening victory when they visit the Pacific Tigers (1-2) in a non-conference women’s basketball game Sunday at the A.C. Spanos Center.

Seton Hall opened its season with an 88-39 rout of Saint Peter’s on Nov. 4. Jordana Codio led the way with 20 points in just 15 minutes off the bench, while Ja’Kahla Craft added 13 points. The Pirates have not played since that game.

Pacific is coming off a 60-52 road loss to California on Tuesday. Liv Yergensen and Nyah Lowery each scored 10 points in the defeat. The Tigers’ lone win this season was a 69-66 victory over UC San Diego on Nov. 3.

The game represents a final tune-up for Seton Hall before a challenging stretch that includes a home game against Fordham on Nov. 20 and a road contest at North Carolina State on Dec. 7. Pacific will host Cal State Fullerton on Nov. 23 in its next outing.
