DES MOINES, Iowa (Interstat) — The Iowa State women’s basketball team remained undefeated Thursday night, cruising to an 87-60 victory over Drake at Knapp Center. The Cyclones improved to 6-0 while the Bulldogs fell to 1-3.

Iowa State dominated from the start, building a commanding 52-18 halftime lead after holding Drake to just five points in the first quarter. The Bulldogs found their rhythm with a 29-point third quarter, but the early deficit was too large to overcome.

Audi Crooks led the Cyclones with 22 points. Anna Becker scored 22 points for Drake in the losing effort. The game drew an attendance of 4,026.
