LAS CRUCES, N.M. (Interstat) — Alexia Weaver scored 20 points to lead Louisiana Tech to a 77-58 victory over New Mexico State in a women’s basketball game Saturday at the Pan American Center.

The Lady Techsters built a commanding 38-23 halftime lead and weathered a 26-point third quarter from the Aggies. Paris Bradley added 17 points, seven rebounds and five assists for Louisiana Tech, which improved to 17-5 overall and in Conference USA play.

Imani Warren scored 17 points for New Mexico State, which fell to 8-15. Anna Csenyi added 13 points off the bench.

Louisiana Tech dominated the fourth quarter, holding the Aggies to nine points to secure the win. An announced crowd of 787 attended.
