NORFOLK, Va. (Interstat) — Da’Brya Clark scored 30 points and Norfolk State used a dominant third-quarter run to pull away from Coppin State for a 69-58 victory in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference women’s basketball game Saturday at Echols Hall. The Spartans, who led by just four points at halftime, outscored the Eagles 24-17 in the pivotal third period to build a double-digit cushion they would not relinquish.
