MOSCOW, Idaho (Interstat) — The Idaho Vandals (3-1) look to continue their strong start to the season when they host the Cal State Northridge Matadors (2-2) in a non-conference women’s basketball game on Sunday, Nov. 23, 2025.

The game will tip off at Idaho Central Credit Union Arena in Caldwell.

Idaho returns to action after a 76-72 victory over Southern Utah on Nov. 15. Hope Hassmann led the Vandals with 21 points and five assists, while Debora Reis Dos Santos added 13 points and six rebounds. Idaho’s only loss this season was a 76-89 defeat at UC Davis.

Cal State Northridge aims to rebound from a lopsided 54-86 road loss to California Baptist on Wednesday. Nadia Bernard scored 15 points in the losing effort. The Matadors have shown a Jekyll-and-Hyde tendency, following a 103-point offensive outburst against Bethesda with two consecutive double-digit road losses.

The Vandals will rely on their balanced scoring and home-court advantage, while the Matadors seek to rediscover their defensive form and secure a statement road win.
