(Interstat) — Kennedi Wright scored 22 points and Abby Beene added 19 as the University of the Ozarks (AR) Eagles closed the game on a decisive run to defeat the Austin College Kangaroos 63-52 in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women’s basketball game Saturday at Mabee Gymnasium. The game, played before a crowd of 220, was a defensive struggle for three quarters before the Eagles pulled away in the final period.
