AUSTIN, Texas (Interstat) — The Austin College Kangaroos used a dominant fourth-quarter surge to overcome a slow start and defeat the Concordia (Texas) Tornados 65-53 in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference women’s basketball game Sunday at Concordia Fieldhouse. The game, played before an announced crowd of 44, saw the visiting Kangaroos improve to 12-9 overall. The Tornados fell to 7-14.
