(Interstat) — Asia Barr scored 25 points and the Lincoln Memorial women’s basketball team delivered a dominant defensive performance, routing Catawba 72-42 in a South Atlantic Conference game Wednesday afternoon at Winthrop Coliseum. The Railsplitters, who entered with a ranking in the latest Division II national poll, held the Indians to just 23 points through three quarters before both teams emptied their benches in the final period.
