L.A. Rams at San Francisco

SANTA CLARA, Calif. (Interstat) — A critical NFC West showdown is set for Levi’s Stadium on Sunday as the San Francisco 49ers host the Los Angeles Rams, with both teams carrying 6-win records and fresh off dominant victories.

The Rams (6-2) arrive after a commanding 34-10 win over New Orleans, where quarterback Matthew Stafford was nearly flawless, completing 24 of 32 passes for 281 yards and four touchdowns. Los Angeles has won three of its last four games, with its only loss in that stretch a 26-23 overtime defeat to these same 49ers on Oct. 2.

San Francisco (6-3) is coming off a 34-24 road win against the New York Giants. The 49ers have been inconsistent, however, alternating wins and losses over their past five contests. They will look to replicate their recent success against the Rams, whom they have beaten in eight of the last ten meetings, including last month’s overtime thriller.

According to Interstat, the 49ers are projected to win 32-22. Betting markets favor San Francisco by 4.5 points, with an over/under set at 49.5.

The game will be a test of momentum for the Rams’ high-powered offense against a 49ers team eager to secure a season sweep and solidify its standing in the division. The outcome will have significant implications in the tightly contested NFC playoff picture.
