MILWAUKEE (Interstat) — Yoshinobu Yamamoto delivered a complete-game three-hitter, and the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Milwaukee Brewers 5-1 on Tuesday night to take a two-games-to-none lead in their playoff series.

Yamamoto was dominant after Jackson Chourio’s first-inning solo homer, allowing just three hits while striking out seven. The Dodgers responded with two runs in the second on a Teoscar Hernández homer and an Andy Pages RBI double. Max Muncy added a solo shot in the sixth.

Freddy Peralta took the loss for Milwaukee. The series shifts to Los Angeles for Game 3 on Thursday.
