Sunday, October 19, 2025 · Final · Championship Series Game 6 (Tied 3-3)

Seattle Mariners at Toronto Blue Jays

TORONTO (Interstat) — The Seattle Mariners will look to force a decisive Game 7 when they visit the Toronto Blue Jays for Game 6 of their American League playoff series on Sunday at Rogers Centre.

The Mariners staved off elimination with a 6-2 victory at home on Friday, powered by a two-homer, five-RBI performance from Eugenio Suárez. Seattle will turn to right-hander Trey Yesavage (2-1) on the mound as they try to even the series.

The Blue Jays, who hold a 3-2 series lead, saw their offense quieted in the last outing after scoring 21 runs across Games 3 and 4 in Seattle. Toronto won 99 games during the regular season, finishing three games ahead of the 96-win Mariners.

This playoff matchup has been defined by home-field dominance. The home team has won all five games, with Toronto taking two of three in Seattle and the Mariners winning both games played in Toronto to open the series. The Mariners are 4-1 at Rogers Centre this postseason.

According to Interstat’s game simulator, the Blue Jays are projected to win a close one, 7-6. Toronto is a pregame favorite with a spread of -1.5. The over/under is set at 7.5 runs.

First pitch is scheduled for Sunday, October 19, 2025. A potential Game 7, if necessary, would be played Monday in Toronto.
