(Interstat) — A stark contrast in trajectories will be on display Friday night when the state-leading Modesto Pirates host the struggling San Joaquin Delta Mustangs in a California Community College men’s basketball matchup. The Pirates (19-3 overall) enter as one of the region’s elite teams, their record blemished by only three close losses.
