(Interstat) — SOUTH GEORGIA TECH defeated Albany Tech 89-57 in a men’s junior college basketball game Saturday. The Jets secured a commanding win, avenging a loss to the Titans earlier this month.

South Georgia Tech took control early, building a 38-25 lead after the first quarter and extending it to 89-57 by the final buzzer. Matt Mbole led the Jets with 14 points and 16 rebounds. Ilich Yacaman added a game-high 18 points.
