AMERICUS, Ga. (Interstat) — The South Georgia Tech Jets routed the Southern Crescent Tigers 73-44 in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday night. The Jets seized control with a 35-point first quarter and never relented, leading 73-44 at halftime. The victory improved South Georgia Tech’s record to 12-15 this season, while Southern Crescent fell to 1-15. The Jets’ win followed a similar result from their January meeting. Key performances included Khaven Coachran for Southern Crescent and Ralfs Iesalnieks for South Georgia Tech. The Tigers host Central Georgia on Friday.
