(Interstat) — Garden City, Kan., secured a 112-106 road victory over Butler Community College in a men’s junior college basketball game Wednesday night. The visiting Broncbusters, led by Devonte Reed’s 24 points, used efficient shooting to overcome the Grizzly Bears. Garden City shot 63.5% from the field and 92.3% from the free-throw line. Butler’s Josiah Kirkwood scored 23 points in the loss. The win improved Garden City to 13-8, while Butler fell to 16-7. The teams combined for 218 points in a fast-paced contest where Garden City’s offensive precision ultimately prevailed.
