Coastal Alabama 78, at Calhoun 69

DECATUR, Ala. (Interstat) — The Coastal Alabama Sun Chiefs upset the Calhoun Warhawks 78-69 in a men’s junior college basketball game Thursday night, defying heavy odds. Coastal Alabama built a 42-34 halftime lead and maintained its advantage throughout the second half to secure the road victory. The Sun Chiefs improved to 3-11 overall, while Calhoun fell to 8-6.
