GASTON (Interstat) — Kaleb Siler scored 22 points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead the Gaston Rhinos to a 72-62 men’s junior college basketball victory over the Caldwell Tech Cobras on Wednesday.

Gaston overcame a six-point halftime deficit by outscoring Caldwell Tech 44-28 in the second half. The Rhinos improved to 7-1 overall, while the Cobras fell to 7-4. E.J. Joyner added 15 points and 11 assists for Gaston, which dominated the boards with 45 total rebounds. Caldwell Tech led 34-28 after a high-scoring first quarter but could not sustain its offense after halftime.
