DAWSON (Interstat) — The Dawson Buccaneers defeated the North Dakota St Science Wildcats 110-89 in a men’s junior college basketball game Sunday. Dawson built a commanding 65-44 lead by halftime and maintained the advantage throughout the second half. Matthew Kinzeler led all scorers with 25 points for the Buccaneers. Luke Christensen paced the Wildcats with 17 points and seven rebounds. Dawson improved to 13-6 overall, while North Dakota St Science fell to 2-3. The teams are scheduled to meet again Feb. 8.
